I’m Jade Dunn, the Founder & Director of Enhanced By Jade.

My journey in the beauty and aesthetics industry began in 2019, firstly qualifying in eyelash extensions. I started building my brand and client base from my at-home beauty room as a side hustle alongside my full-time employment. After a year perfecting my lashing skills, I began venturing into the aesthetics world. Here I found a real passion for enhancing clients natural beauty and felt a real sense of satisfaction by providing aesthetic 'tweakments’ that had confidence boosting and gratifying outcomes for clients. 

 

A year later, after training with various high end trainers across the UK, I made the jump into full-time self-employment which was the best decision I ever made for myself and my expanding business. Since making this decision, I understood the importance of continuing to add to my professional development by expanding on my knowledge and skills by frequently attending additional training and webinars. This keeps me up to date with the latest and safest trends and advanced techniques to tailor each treatment to each unique individual. 

 

In 2022, I achieved my level-7 in Aesthetic Practice. 

We offer a wide range of treatments to cater to all clients, particularly specialising in advanced Dermal Filler, advanced Anti- Wrinkle Injections and Lash Extensions. 

 

For anyone, having any kind of treatment is a big decision. I believe that there is never too many questions that should be asked and every client should have full confidence in their practitioner before committing to anything. We pride ourselves on taking the time to make every single one of you feel comfortable, passing over all the information on the treatments you enquire about, sharing my experiences and showing you previous work to help you make the right decision. We love what we do and having the trust of our clients is really important to me. We will always give our honest opinion on what we think is best and we will work with you to create your desired outcome!

 

In 2023, we launched our second company under the Enhanced By Jade umbrella. I felt that it was time to share all the knowledge and skills I had learned and implemented over my years training and advancing in the beauty and aesthetic industry. Enhanced Academy & Supplies offers in-depth, accredited online training courses and masterclasses for beginners and advanced beauticians looking to start their new venture and/or up their skills while using luxury and the highest quality supplies. For all students, there is 24/7 support during and after enrolling into our academy so no student is left with questions unanswered and completing our courses without 100% confidence.
